Is it possible to reschedule/cancel my
consultation date?

Absolutely! As long as you provide us with a notice of at least 48 hours in advance. After that we won’t be able to refund your consultation.

Is it possible to reschedule/cancel my
order (publication and/or editorial?

Once the publication is written by our writers you will get refunded 40% of your order in case of cancellation. 
Once your publication is published we won’t be able to proceed to your refund.

Editorials are refundable 24 hours after payment, after that we won’t be able to refund your order. 
Photoshoots require a lot of work and a lot of professionals from the industry, therefore out of respect for us we advise you to book our service only once you’re ready.
